Electric Actuators
Profilplast supplies electric actuators in several variations. Electric linear actuators have distinct advantages over conventional pneumatic cylinders. While pneumatic cylinders rely on simple rubber bumpers, shock absorbers and flow limiters to control position, electric actuators utilize ball screws for a high degree of accuracy.
In addition to motion control, electric actuators also save energy costs as they do not require compressed air.
