SIMOFUSE combines reliability with speed! The SIMOFUSE system consists of a PE100 pipe equipped with an integrated electrofusion connection. This allows for an absolutely tight weld connection in just two simple steps. The use of electrofusion couplers and the preparation of the pipe is now a thing of the past, resulting in significant time savings.

SIMOFUSE – Time-saving and user-friendly

SIMOFUSE combines the quick assembly of a push-fit connection with the strength and reliability of an electrofusion connection. This merges the latest welding technology with a compact design, resulting in an absolutely tight connection. Installation is time-saving and very user-friendly. An absolutely tight weld connection is achieved in two simple steps: inserting the pipes and then welding with a standard 40V electrofusion device is sufficient.

Efficient and space-saving

The SIMOFUSE connection technique is efficient, space-saving, and can be quickly installed on-site, also because the pipe does not need to be prepared on location. The SIMOFUSE system can be easily installed on an existing pipeline.

High welding quality

Thanks to the full integration of the welding wires into the pipe, they are optimally protected during both transport and installation. The larger welding zone, precise fit, and optimized welding parameters ensure consistently high welding quality in accordance with DVS 2207.
